1895 Irma von Geijer, née von Hallwyl by Julius Kronberg (Hallwylska museet – Stockholm, Sweden)..Irma and Gertrude Egerton wear dresses with notched sleeves under coverings – in this case velvet panels – rather than leg-o-mutton sleeves. The bodice may be of organza while the epaulettes and waist band are velvet. The skirt is probably satin.
