We’re happy to announce that one again, we’ll be participating in the Tombstone Tour of Homes. Believe it or not, Tombstone isn’t just a city with a famous gunfight, it’s also known for it’s wonderful Holiday Tour of Homes! This year will be the third year that our No. 11 is included in this lovely event and once again, “The Dressmaker’s Cottage at #11” will be fully decorated for Christmas and will have extra surprises of antique machines, part of our antique clothing museum, some new period furniture pieces and a few sparkly things. Stay tuned for more! 🙂

And We’re Back…

After a hectic weekend at No. 11, we’re back in LA catching up on things. Angus is happy that the long car ride is over and he’s rolling around on his Mid Century white shag carpeting. In the meantime, we’re getting organized for summer although the gloomy cool weather would seem to suggest otherwise… 🙂 Anyway, stay tuned for more in the near future!

Heading Home…

Time to load up the car and head home. In contrast to LA, it’s 95 degrees and very dry. Angus can hardly wait to get home- on several occasions, he eagerly tried to hop in the car thinking that we were heading home. Well, now we are… 🙂

Going For Some R&R….

Taking Bonnie Prince Angus and driving off to our #11 for a little old timey R & R. Now before you all get jealous…”R & R” means “Repair & Restoration”! I will be lucky if I even get to town, my vacation will involve a dust mask and a paint brush. 🙂

I‘ll be going out to our No. 11 next week and staying for Wyatt Earp Days, but these two lovelies are coming to live with us there…so excited. Mike R. Benjamin is a Master at what he does. btw, that’s plum silk velvet. Gentlemen, mind your spurs in this house! 🙂
