Playing with some millinery with this antique hat for the French 1898 suit. Brown is *not* my color, so this incredible extant ribbon in black and rose will help! It’s a bit dramatic…but so am I and there we are. 😆

I love the late 1890s fashion of pairing a shockingly bright colored bodice with a contrast skirt…and when I saw this “Juneberry” ribbed silk from Silk Baron…I was hooked! 😁
Something New For Me
I finally got to make something for myself and use things I’ve been saving for way too long…I’m hoping to get some use of this cape before Spring arrives! 😄
