It’s sleeves for #VictorianFebruary hosted by @ladyrebeccafashions and as a designer, they’re a tricky thing to balance. I got to have my “Anne of Green Gables” moment in Sweden at an event wearing…puffed sleeves. I’m a believer! 🙂
