One room that’s going to get some special attention is the parlor room that’s located in the northeast corner at the front of the house. Here’s a “soon to be parlor” view…smallish houses have to be done one room at a time, so I am learning patience. This room is all old bead-board with beautiful old floors so it’s going to be in deep French blues, antique style pale blue ceiling, and contrast millwork. This will be the fancy parlor with the special treadle machines and the good tea service. 🙂
